Rick (also known as Ricky) is passionate about how people learn to make great decisions. A builder of data teams, Ricky is currently serving as SVP of Data at Entera.AI where they are making data products that enable decisive actions. He spent the prior four years at The Farmer's Dog as Head of Data Strategy and Insights alternating between leading the company's multiple data functions and rolling on the ground with every dog in the office.

Prior to TFD, Rick spent several years in the music industry building and leading the data teams first at The Orchard (acquired by Sony), where Rick founded the data department, and then at video and audio distributor Vydia (acquired by gamma.), consisting of Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Product Management.

He holds an MBS in Data Analytics and a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Rutgers University, where he is also on the Board of Industry Advisors for the Professional Science Master’s program, offering guidance for the next generation of data practitioners.
